These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients of Skin Health Clinics, operated by Kanaiya Investments Ltd, located at Unit 1 Underwood Court, Elm Tree Avenue, Leicester, LE3 8SG. By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or visiting our clinic, you agree to the following terms.

• All appointments must be booked online via our booking system.
   
• A £10 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
   
• The deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost during your visit.
   
• If you fail to attend, cancel, or reschedule with insufficient notice, your deposit will be non-refundable.
   

• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
   
• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend, you will lose that session (for packages) or forfeit your deposit (for single treatments).
   
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
   

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
   
• Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may have their treatment shortened to avoid disrupting the next appointment.
   
• If we are unable to carry out the treatment in the reduced time, it may be considered a missed session.
   

• A mandatory patch test must be completed at least 24 hours prior to any Laser Hair Removal treatment.
   
• Clients who have not had a patch test may be refused treatment and will lose their deposit or session.
   
• Patch tests are also required again if there has been a 6-month gap between treatments.
   

• Clients must be 16 years or older to receive treatment.
   
• Those aged 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who can provide written consent.
   
• We reserve the right to request proof of age.
   

• All treatments are carried out with the utmost care and in accordance with industry standards.
   
• However, results may vary based on individual skin types, medical history, and lifestyle.
   
• As such, we do not offer refunds for:
   
  • Late cancellations or no-shows
     
  • Unused treatments in a prepaid package
     
  • Dissatisfaction with treatment results
     

• Prepaid treatment packages or promotional offers must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
   
• Expired sessions cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.
   
• Offers and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other deal unless stated.
   

• All clients must complete a digital consultation form before undergoing any treatment.
   
• You are responsible for providing accurate medical history, medications, and skin conditions.
   
• Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in refusal of treatment, for your safety.
   

We reserve the right to refuse treatment in cases where:

• The client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
   
• There is inappropriate or abusive behaviour toward staff
   
• A patch test has not been completed
   
• There are contraindications that may make treatment unsafe
  

All treatments at Skin Health Clinics are performed by trained professionals using high-quality, medical-grade equipment. However, as with all aesthetic treatments, there are potential risks and side effects that may vary depending on individual skin types and medical history.

• Laser Hair Removal:
  Redness, itching, mild swelling, temporary skin sensitivity, pigmentation changes (lightening or darkening), blistering (rare), and hair regrowth.
   
• HydraFacial:
  Mild redness, tingling, tightness, light flaking, or temporary breakouts.
   
• Microneedling:
  Redness for up to 48 hours, dryness, flaking, temporary breakouts, and rare risk of infection if aftercare is not followed.
   
• BioRePeel:
  Slight tingling, temporary redness, light peeling or dryness, and sensitivity to sun.
   

Important: All clients will be required to complete a medical consultation and provide informed consent prior to any treatment. Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed for optimal results and safety.
 

Clients with tattoos in or near the treatment area must inform their practitioner during the consultation. While we will make every effort to safely cover and avoid any tattoos during laser hair removal, there is still a risk that laser light may come into contact with the tattooed skin.

This may result in:

• Pigment loss
   
• Blistering
   
• Skin sensitivity or irritation in the tattooed area
   

Important: By proceeding with treatment, you accept this risk. Skin Health Clinics will not be held liable for any adverse effects to tattoos during or after laser hair removal, as this is a known and acknowledged risk when receiving laser treatments over or near tattooed areas.
